Indian Institute of Information Technology Pune is well known for its excellence and is often considered as the 'first stop' for a large number of industries and other organizations for recruiting undergraduate and post-graduate students. We truly appreciate the faith conferred on us from several organizations and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them. The CDCRC provides a window of opportunities to the students over a wide variety of careers in a broad spectrum of Industries/Organizations in India and abroad. It serves as a single point of contact for the organizations on various Industry-Institute initiatives like Industrial Training, Guest Lectures, FDP’s, Alumni Lectures and Webinar Series. The Cell provides necessary guidance to the students for career planning and personality development. Orientation program for placements, career guidance seminars on Higher Education are organized to help the students plan their careers. IIIT Pune invites various public and private sector organizations for campus recruitment of final year students. Along with core-sector jobs, students show a keen interest for jobs in IT and Software, Management and Consultancy firms, Educational Organizations and even in Start-Ups. While core disciplines attract students with strong technical know-how, other sectors invariably open doors to students interested in dynamic work-profiles and aptitude-based skill requirements.
